Abstract: Designed a control system of hydraulic coupling group for scraper conveyor based on the configuration technology, which realized the real-time data acquisition, processing, over-run alarm and work control of the scraper conveyor .Introduce the hardware composition and software design of the control system .The simulation results show that it can meet the expected requirements and is convenient for the control and maintenance of scraper conveyor.
